Methods of Payment – Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express

Warranty:

We stand behind what we sell. Jomarc’s products are warranted against defects for six months from the date of our invoice. In the event of a disputed claim, we may be bound by the manufacturer’s determination. We reserve the right to repair or replace items returned under warranty at our option.

Returns:

Please call to get a return authorization number, so we can track your return. Returns must be returned prepaid. We cannot accept COD shipments or issue call tags. If your return is a result of Jomarc’s error, we will replace the item at no charge to you. If the return is a result of your error, a 20% restocking charge on the item(s) returned will apply.

Shipping is not refundable.

Privacy Policy:

We have taken measures to protect your privacy and ensure that when you place orders at jomarc.com, you can feel confident that your personal information will only be used to process your order. We do not buy, sell, or give away e-mail addresses or any other personal information. Your information is not archived on our server unless you request we do so to speed future orders. You will not be added to any mailing lists unless you request to be included. This site uses a secure server while processing orders.

Shipping:

Most order placed by 1:00 pm will ship same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm will ship the next business day.
